In the case of a thermometer using a long wavelength with a measurement wavelength of about 10 μm, the temperature of the quartz glass itself is measured. The FLHX series uses a short wave length (0.8 to 2.6 μm) to transmit up to 90%of quartz glass. The temperature in the vacuum tank can be measured through the window.

The "optical axis LED aiming method" used by the FLHX series can be easily aligned because the temperature measurement range is close to the eye. In addition, it is easier to adjust the position even in the red part at high temperature by adopting a green LED. It is possible to aim LED even during temperature measurement.

By adopting an aluminum body, robustness, durability, and drug resistance are improved. Dustproof structure equivalent to IP67. Since it is a symmetrical design, it is easier to install.
