■Summary - This is an electromagnetic concentration meter that measures liquids with high conductivity such as strong acids, strong alkalis, and salts using electromagnetic induction. - Hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, sodium hydroxide, and sodium chloride can be measured directly by selecting each liquid in the measurement target settings. ・Many other high concentration liquids can also be measured by selecting CUSTOM and inputting coefficients. ■Features - Can also be used as a high concentration conductivity meter. ・Concentration measurement value (weight %) is displayed in large size on the large LCD display for control alarm output. ・Liquid temperature, lower limit set value, and output status are also displayed on the same screen. The LCD has a backlight. ・Equipped as standard with contact output for alarm, voltage output to which pump can be directly connected, and pulse output for electromagnetic metering pump control. ・Current output for external equipment (4 to 20 mA DC) is also included as standard. - Change settings and calibrate and correct concentration measurements from the front panel. - A sunshade cover is included as standard, and the waterproof structure when installed is equivalent to IP54 for outdoor use. ■Applications ・Concentration control of chemicals such as hydrochloric acid and sodium hydroxide in the chemical industry. ・Integration of each process device. ・Management of salt concentration in scrubbers. ・Other management of liquid concentration.
