What Is a Quantitative Filling Machine?
A quantitative filling machine is a filling machine that can measure and fill a certain amount of product using a scale. There are liquid filling machines and solid filling machines. However, the mechanism for measuring weight using a scale is largely the same.
There are two types of quantitative filling machine: automatic filling machines and semi-automatic filling machines. Uses of Quantitative Filling Machines

Load cells have a strain gauge, an electrical resistance wire strain gauge, attached to a metal body and measure the change in resistance. Compared to conventional spring-loaded load cells, these load cells are extremely accurate.
