About This Product
Dog's serum and urinary HER2 can be quantified by the 2STEP ELISA method.
IHC tests (immuno -tissue chemical dyeing methods), which examine protein expression in tissue, generally have high invasive and increase the burden on patients.
In veterinary medicine, IHC tests using antibodies for human HER2 are mainly reported, and there are not many reports that quantitatively measured HER2 protein in dog fluids.
This product is a two -step sandwich ELISA kit that uses two new monoclonal antibodies with highly specific to dog HER2 protein that can be a useful tumor marker in dogs and quantitatively detect HER2 in dogs in dogs.
