About This Product
From blood sample and cell culture supernatant, EPCAM can be quantified to high sensitivity (sensitivity; 1 pg/ml) by 2Step elisa method.
Human EPCAM (epithelial cell adhesive factor: Epithelialial CELL ADHESION MOLECULE) is a film -pierced sugar protein consisting of 314 amino acids on the cell membrane surface.
In many cancer tissues, EPCAM is excessive, especially for colon, rectum, breast, lungs, and prostate cancer.
