About This Product

PD-L1-positive exosomes can be directly quantified by the 2STEP ELISA method from blood samples and cell culture supernatant. The PD-L1 is also expressed in the exosome, taking the same topology as the PD-L1 on the cancer cell surface, the extracellular domain is exposed to the surface of the exosom, and the concentration-dependent binding to the T cell PD-1. In the comparison of blood circulation exosomes between metastatic melanoma and healthy people, it is suggested that the PD-L1 level for metastatic melanoma is significantly high. However, this method had to purify exosomes by ultra -centrifugal method, and could not be measured quickly and easily. This product is a sandwich ELISA kit that uses high-performance antibodies to the exosomine marker CD9 and the PD-L1, a molecule related to the immune checkpoint, to detect a PD-L1 molecule that expresses on the surface of the exosomes secreted by cells in human blood and cell culture solutions. feature ･ PD-L1-positive exosomes contained in blood samples and cell culture supernatant can be directly quantified. ･ No special device is required, and you can measure if you have a normal plate reader. -Instead of using exosomes that lack storage stability as standard reagents, stability and reproducibility can be ensured by using PD-L1/CD9 fusion protein (standard protein). ･ PD-L1/CD9 Fusion of fusion proteins (standard proteins) can be read by standard curves. ･ Capture exosomes with solidified CD9 antibodies and detect with HRP-signed PD-L1 antibodies.
