About This Product

■Summary

The ULDiS series of sputtering systems for optical films is a digital sputtering system that is an advanced version of Metamode® technology, creating higher quality optical films. Concluded a new license agreement with JDS Uniphase of the United States. By signing a license agreement, we will be able to sell Metamode® sputtering equipment, patented by JDS Uniphase, for all optical applications without restriction.
