About This Product
A magnet in which the NDFeb alloy is sitted into a nearnet shape by the PLP (PresS Less Process) technology. The highest magnetic force and heat resistance are realized by powdered and flowing diffusion technology.
Features of PLP Magnet
･ It is a magnet that can be obtained by filling ND, FE and B alloy powder on the mold and sintering a magnetic field orientation.
･ The following technology achieves the highest magnetic force and heat resistance in the composition of the shogi soil.
(1) Financing powder (5 μm ⇒ 3 μm)
(2) Different grains (GBD: Grain Boundary Diffusion)
