Dydo Electronic Neodim Bond magnets "NEOQUENCH-P" is a plastic bond magnet that combines neodymium, iron, boron (NDFEB) powder made by super-steep method.
Dydo Electronics began developed in 1986 as a raw material for Neodo Bond powder, and completed compressed compression and nylon/PPS injection molded products as a high -characteristic and high -specific bond magnet with our own compounding, molding, coating, and landing technology. I first commercialized it.
With the development of the special electrodes method and the improvement of heat resistance, high -performance and clean magnets are realized.
NEOQUENCH-P is an objective magnet, and unlike an anisotype magnet, which requires magnetic field molding, there is no magnetic field during the manufacturing process, and it is easy to prevent contamination such as magnetic powder attachment. Excellent cost performance, it is used a lot, such as personal computers, mobile phones, and various sensors.
NEOQUENCH-P has two molding methods by injection molding and compressed molding.
1. injection molded goods
The injection molded product is a compound of a compound material containing ND magnetic powder and a high -performance resin. As an objective bond magnet, it covers a wide range of magnetic characteristics, including heat resistance and high characteristics. The injection mold has a high degree of freedom in shape, can be integrated with parts and ni -timber molding, and responds to a wide range of needs from customers.

2. Compressed molding
A compressed molded product is a pressed magnetic flour and a binder. It achieves higher levels of characteristics than injection molded products.
