The broaching tool for hexagon hole machining uses an original principle to reduce impact force by 80% and significantly extend the life of the machine. By attaching the tool holder to a lathe or milling machine, you can process polygonal holes such as hexagonal holes, square holes, and Torx holes, eliminating the need for press machining or electrical discharge machining.
■Tapping collet
・The taper of the tapping collet is the same shape as the Shablin ESX type and Legofix ER type based on DIN6388, so it is compatible.
- Collet holders of short, medium, and long dimensions can be used to match the machining length.
- Different springs are used depending on the dimensions of the tap.
- No special tap holder is required for tapping, just replace it with a tapping collet.
