The newLight series optical fiber tilt sensor newLight FS64 is a highly durable FBG sensor that can measure small vertical angle changes (FBG = Fiber Bragg Rating). An innovative push-pull mechanism using two FBG sensors provides effective temperature compensation. This sensor can be used in a wide variety of monitoring applications such as supporting walls, bridges, tunnels, and buildings. By using multiple sensors, you can measure tilt in different directions.
