About This Product

■ Flame Retardancy (UL94 HF-1)

EPDM foam is certified to UL94 HF-1 flame retardancy. (UL94 HF-1 applies only to the foam; the scope of application is in accordance with the Yellow Card standard.)

■ Dustproof and Waterproof

Due to its sponge structure, it can be easily compressed. Waterproofing is achieved at over 80% compression. (Excluding products less than 10mm wide)

■ Cutting and Processing

We offer cutting to your specified length, as well as custom manufacturing of shapes to suit your application and purpose.

■ Features

・EPDM foam is certified to the flame retardancy standard UL94 HF-1. (Excluding adhesive and separator) ・Excellent weather resistance, heat resistance, and ozone resistance, ensuring long-term use. ・Low compressive load (stress), allowing for easy compression and excellent conformity to uneven surfaces. This effect provides superior airtightness and sound insulation. ・Light specific gravity of 0.09.

■Applications

Waterproofing, airtightness, soundproofing, and heat insulation material for electronic equipment

■Specifications

・Waterproofing: Waterproofing effect is achieved at a compression ratio of 80% or higher. (Excluding products with a width of less than 10mm.) ・Foam: Semi-closed, semi-open cell ・Standard dimensions: Thickness from 3mm to 8mm, width from 10mm to 30mm in 5mm increments (5mm and 8mm widths are only available in 3mm thickness.)

■Precautions for Use

・Please remove dirt and moisture from the surface of the structure thoroughly before use. ・Do not use adhesives at joints. This may interfere with the dustproof and waterproofing effect.
