About This Product
The Gore® Hyper Seat® Gasket is a sticky sticker with a flexible and tough fiber structure with highly versatile and performance ptfe (polytetraphyle ore -lens) resin, which has excellent versatility and performance as a seal material. Compared to the ending PTFE sheet, it is very soft and can be processed easily with a cutter knife.
Because of its soft material, it can be used for flange with high adhesion, a little incorrect or hardly tightened material, and is powerful for ceiling for all purposes.
The raw seats are up to 1,500mm x 3,000 mm, making it easy to handle a wide range of flange diameter and complex shapes. In addition, it is 100%PTFE, so it has excellent chemical resistance, heat resistance, and is non -toxic. Surely sealing is possible under extremely harsh corrosion conditions and under conditions where cleanliness such as semiconductor devices ends.

■ Excellent seal performance
Gore® Hyper Seat® Gasket also supports fine uneven and unevenness and has high seal performance. Minimize the risk of leakage of the connection surface of the flange with rough surface.
■ Chemical resistance
Gore® Hyper seat® gasket is excellent in pharmaceutical resistance and can be used with pH0 to 14.0. Because it is less affected by chemicals, the frequency of maintenance and replacement is reduced. Please check the material below for details.
■ Heat resistance
Gore® Hyper Seat® gaskets, which are used for various purposes, from general industries to semiconductors, can be used in various environments such as liquids, gas, and steam.
■ Processing
Gore® Hyper seat® gasket is soft and can be easily cut with scissors and cutters. It is also possible to cut and attach to the necessary shape on site. Of course, it can be cut by hand, but if it is a mass -produced component or a complicated shape, it is common to cut it with a cutting plotter or punch out with a bik type.
By sewing, it is also possible to process a three -dimensional shape like a javara teres co -cover.
