About This Product

■Features

This is a rear hinge for doors that can be adjusted forward/backward, left/right, and up/down after installation.

■Applications

Small doors, etc.

■Specifications

Tightening torque for left/right, front/back adjustment screws and locking screws: 5.3 N・m or higher. In the shipped state, the position where the V-shape and semicircular shape overlap is used as the reference. Please use this as a guide when adjusting. The hinge piece (A) [door side] is removable.

■Precautions

*A 4mm hex wrench is required for adjustment.

■Up/Down Adjustment Method

-1 Remove the locking screw. -2 The hex socket set screw behind the removed screw is the up/down adjustment screw. -3 Rotating clockwise adjusts upwards, and rotating counterclockwise adjusts downwards. -4 After adjustment, reinsert and tighten the removed locking screw.

■Left/Right and Front/Back Directions

By loosening each adjustment screw, the hinge can be moved forward/backward and left/right. The door will move under its own weight, so support it while aligning it, and then tighten the screws again.

■Regarding adjustment screws for each part

When loosening, hold the door down while working. Be careful not to loosen them too much, as they may come off. The product will be delivered with a tightening torque of 5.3 N·m or more. After installation, abnormal noises may occur when the door operates due to shaft misalignment, etc. In that case, apply lubricant.
