About This Product

■Features

These hinges are conductive and mounted on the back (inside) to avoid compromising the appearance of the enclosure. Compared to conventional products, the opening angle is increased, and play between the hinge piece and shaft is reduced. Both horizontal and vertical use are possible.

■Applications

Fixtures (payment machines, charging machines), enclosures requiring a large door opening angle, enclosures where door sagging is undesirable, enclosures requiring conductivity, enclosures where design is paramount and appearance should not be compromised, etc.

■Specifications

Stud bolt length should be 8mm or less. This product can be used in combination with TH-190E-4-0.3. Do not adjust the torque (adjust the nut).

■Precautions

The resistance value is for this product alone. While you can expect the "effect of eliminating the need for bonding wires" and the "effect of providing conductive support in case of wire breakage when used with bonding wires," please be sure to verify this in actual installation before making a decision. Also, do not use this as an electrical component (lead wire, etc.). Since painted surfaces do not conduct electricity, mask the area around the mounting holes when installing on a painted enclosure. The reference door weight is the value when using two hinges. This is for strength, not torque. This product is for indoor use. Use two or fewer hinges per lid. If using one hinge, provide a bearing on the same axis. Do not perform any treatments that will be affected by heat (welding, baking paint, etc.). Deformation of resin parts may affect hinge performance.
