About This Product
■Cooling tower water quality controller
Measures the conductivity of the circulating water in the cooling tower, and in case of excessive concentration, opens and closes the electric valve or solenoid valve for makeup water.
■Features
- Built-in timer allows up to two chemical dosing pumps to be operated individually.
-Large backlit LCD displays conductivity measurement, alarm point, alarm direction, and current value.
・The transmission current can be set arbitrarily during error and calibration, taking safety into consideration.
・The temperature gradient value of the conductivity of the measured liquid can also be set.
-Equipped with a clock function, allowing you to set the pump operation start time, etc.
- Range switching (manual) allows measurement from low to high concentrations.
- Cell constant, ZERO point, and SPAN point can be adjusted.
・The current output corresponds to the range.
・There are two conductivity measurement ranges: 2,000μS/cm and 10.00mS/cm, and it is also possible to switch between /cm and /m.
- The electrode uses an AC 5-electrode system that is resistant to dirt and has little measurement error.
- Titanium is used for the detection electrode and PVC is used for the body material, providing excellent corrosion resistance.
・The power source is a free power source of AC100~240V.
- A sunshade cover is included as standard, and the waterproof structure when installed is equivalent to IP54 for outdoor use.
