About This Product

It can cure at low temperature, greatly reducing thermal damage to components and boards. Because the curing temperature can be set low, it saves energy and reduces CO2 emissions, contributing to carbon neutrality.

■A low curing temperature, so it can be used on heat-sensitive components and boards

Its curing temperature of 90-100°C is low for an adhesive, greatly reducing thermal damage to components and boards during curing. It secures mounting quality and improves first-pass yield at the same time.

■Keeps a tall application shape even in continuous use, and does not sag during curing

The application shape of JU-90LT-3 stays stable even during continuous dispensing; after 10,000 shots, both the application diameter and the height are virtually unchanged from the initial values.

■Excellent electrical reliability, dependable even with fine-pitch patterns

After curing, JU-90LT-3 offers excellent electrical reliability and can be used with confidence even on fine patterns.
