Optical adhesives (UV-curing resins) from Norland Products of the United States are colorless, transparent, one-component adhesives ideal for optical applications. They contain no solvents whatsoever. When exposed to ultraviolet light, they gel (initial cure) within seconds and fully cure within minutes. These adhesives are used in all applications that require precise alignment and positioning.

Apply the adhesive to the parts to be bonded, take the time needed to determine the bonding position of the parts, and then irradiate with UV light from a UV source for a few seconds to achieve the initial cure.

If there is no problem with the positioning, apply further UV light to bring the adhesive to a full cure. Please note that, because of our product stocking and sales system, the shelf life available from us is shorter than the shelf life of the products as shipped by Norland.
