About This Product

■Bobbin feeder

- A feeding device that pulls out the wire from the bobbin and feeds it to a cutting machine, etc. ・The electric wire is paid out in synchronization with the drawing speed by sagging control using step rollers.

■Features

・The bobbin is rotated and fed using the kelet method. ・The stepped roller has 3 rows of grooves and can absorb up to 2,400 mm of sag. ・The operating force is supplied at a constant tension by the "weight of the step roller + weight". ・The bobbin can be set in a short time using the centerless/push cup method for fixing the bobbin. - External emergency stop input/output signals each have one contact.
