About This Product

The measuring machine is installed directly above the hopper mouth of the extruded molding machine, and the extruded amount can be measured in real time. By replacing the screw rotation adjustment function of the extruded molding machine with the extruded amount control, if the extruded amount does not match the set amount, the screw rotation is automatically adjusted.

By always manufacturing the extruded amount according to the setting amount, it is possible to keep a stable production volume and make it easier to plan production. In addition, the data collection function that keeps the extruded amount constantly is provided as an option, and a more advanced production management system can be built.
