The ECO Pele GP-3 equipped with a heater unit in an ECO Pele GP-2 that can create rounded circulating pellets using a unique "twisting system".

■ Characteristics
The ECO Pele GP-2 can now support thick film, hard film, and a wide range of films. The rounded circulating pellet has a good mixture with the virgin raw material, and there is no need to worry about the remaining, bridge, and uneven mixture.

In addition, it adopts a completely non -dissolved method that warms the film to the extent that it does not dissolve, and there is no change in the physical properties of the circular pellet. With no physical change, you can create a high-quality recycling pellet, and if you return to the film manufacturing process, there is no need to worry about quality degradation, and if you add it, the operation method of ECO Pele GP-3 is very easy.

The ECO Pele GP-3 is a non-dissolved film repetter equipped with a heater unit on the ECO Pele GP-2. In front of the twisting mechanism, give hot wind to the film. By doing so, the film has been softened to make it easier to twist.

The heating to the film adopts a double heating system of a heater tube and a hot -rounded roller. The use of the blower hot -style method for the heating method has achieved a condition that does not change the raw material characteristics of the film at all. Of course, there is no worry about burning or yellowing.
