About This Product
A measuring machine is installed directly above the hopper mouth of the extruded molding machine, and the extruded amount can be measured in real time. Since the speed adjustment function of the first pinch roll has been shifted to thickcon, the product thickness is kept constant by the "thickness control function" that automatically adjusts the appropriate collection speed calculated from the extruded amount.
By replacing the screw rotation adjustment function of the extruded molding machine with a thick contest, if the extruded amount is not matched with the setting amount, a "extruded control" that automatically adjusts the screw rotation can be added. As a result, the extruded amount can be kept to the set value and the production volume and thickness can be maintained constant.
