The rounded circulating pellet has a good mixture with the virgin raw material, and there is no need to worry about the remaining, bridge, and uneven mixture. In addition, it adopts a completely non -heating method that does not apply heat, and there is no change in the property of the circulating pellet.
There is no change in physical properties, so you can create a high -quality circulating pellet, and there is no need to worry about returning the circulating pellets to the film manufacturing process again. Furthermore, there is no complicated place in the ECO Pele GP-2 operation method, which is very easy.
In addition, the ECO Pele GP-2 has not only the outline production, but also the ear loss generated continuously from the film that is produced on the film manufacturing device into the ECO Pele GP-2 to a regenerative pellet, and the extruder is used. The raw material circulation process (inline method) to be returned to the raw material introduction hopper is designed to be easy to build. By using this process, the effort of the ear loss, unloading, storage, and other efforts will not occur, and quality will not be reduced due to foreign matter and dirt.
The ECO Pele GP-2 is an excellent product that can create a rounded circular pellet without heating at all.
■ I prefer in -line raw material regeneration
You can create a rounded circulating pellet by twisting, extending, compressing the trimming film and compressing and making it like a hard rod -like shape. By playing without heating at all, the quality of the circulating pellet is good, and it does not affect it even if it is returned to the film production line. By using it in the inline, there is no need for manpower, and the trimming film can be changed to 100 % raw material.
