Maze -kon does not perform any "pre -mixed", "empty transmission of mixture raw materials", "mixed raw material storage" which is a factor in mixed defect. In the mixed -con mixed system, it is a "mixed mixture" that does not require a pre -mixing method in which various raw materials are sent directly to the extruded molding machine at a certain ratio. In addition, the screw rotation control function is provided as standard, and the extruding machine is constantly grasped and automatically adjusted to keep the extruded amount.
By using a mixing control, extruded weight control, and pick -up speed control, anyone can make high -quality products at any time, further shorten the start and switching time and simplify the work. You can also easily select a combination of the optimal screw and screw tube according to the cut -out amount and accuracy.
There is also a small amount of measuring software and a screw screw tube, which ensures weighing accuracy. Furthermore, by using a screw dedicated to regenerative ingredients, stable supply can be made even if the specific gravity and shape are different. Maze -kon is a unique product that is equipped with "mixed control" + "extruded control" + "collection speed control" as standard.
There is no mixture unevenness because the storage of the mixed pellets is not sent by hose and the cut out amount of each raw material is controlled on the extruded molding machine. In addition, even if the extruded amount is reduced due to a film clogging, etc., it is controlled to keep it in a constant extruding amount, and then the collection speed is automatically controlled to the specified film thickness.
By using these three controls as standard equipment, you can continue to create products with the same mixed ratio, production volume, thickness and width at any time.
