About This Product

Features
■ Magnet in which synthetic rubber is mixed with magnet powder
Rubber magnet (rubber magnet) has a ferrite rubber magnet molded by mixture of ferrite magnet powder with synthetic rubber, and a neodymium rubber magnet mixed with neodymium magnet powder.
■ Flexible and easy to process
Both are flexible, have a band -shaped and sheet shape. It is a magnet with easy processing such as cutting, drilling, etc., and has a large shape freedom.
■ Multipardal land porcelain is standard
・ Multiple porcelain is standard for both ferrite rover magnet and neodynamic rubber magnet.
・ The magnetic pitch is a general specification of 5mm.
■ Not suitable for high temperature use
Ferrite rover magnets have a weak magnetic force, so it is necessary to consider them for their use. Because the heat resistance of rubber is low, both rubber magnets are not suitable for high temperature use such as 80 to 100 ° C or higher.
■ Use
Ferrite rubber magnets have a strong use, such as refrigerator packing, various stickers such as young leaves marks, and building materials such as windows and doors sash parts. On the other hand, new applications such as sensor, small motors, magnetic shields, acoustic products, and health equipment are expanding for Neo Jim Rubber magnets. It is especially suitable for the necessary applications with thin and complex shapes.
