About This Product
■ AAT series [angle sensor]
It is a unique array consisting of four TMR tunnel magnetic resistance elements. The TMR sensor element is composed of 4 elements rotated 90 ° in the package and is connected to a bridge.
・ The value of sinθ and cosθ is output according to the angle (θ) of this sensor and magnetic field.
・ The output is large because it uses a tunnel magnetic effect element.
・ Output a constant amplitude in the magnetic field strength of 30 to 200 elsteds.
・ It is an ultra -small TDFN6 package.
・ Each TMR sensor element has a resistance value of about 1.25mΩ or 40kΩ (can be selected according to the application).
