NVE's IL700 /IL200 Series Digital Isolators provide performance and flexibility, ideal for various applications, including small packages, minimum distortion, low power consumption, and 44,000 years of barrier life.

The high -voltage V series has a very high insulation pressure of 6 kvrms on a wide body package and 2.5 kvrms for MSOP. The Wide Body V series is very good with 1,000 VRMS with constantly operating powerful voltage and 12.8 kV for surge resistance. General IL700 / IL200 applications include serial interfaces, insulating SPIs, and switch mode power supply.
