About This Product
■ Overview
・ The powder can be supplied, especially with a small amount and a pulse stream. Open, sealed, low and high -pressure, combustible gas accompanying type.
・ Supply: 2-6,000cc/min from 0.1 to 20cc/min
■ Use
It is widely used for a small amount of pulse -free supply of powder or a batch supply (small division).

・ Quantitative supply in powdered body manufacturing process, batch supply or automatic formulation
・ Various production processes for composite materials, high -performance materials, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, food, etc.
・ Supply of coating to the cancer of the powdered body paint device
・ Precision fine hole drilling by high -voltage injection of powder
・ For various experimental research
・ The development of aerosol used for efficiency tests of dust collector, wear resistance test, or medical animal experiments
・ Provision to high -pressure processes

・ Exhaust is high accuracy (0.5 to 2%), and the continuity is extremely good.

・ Simultaneous emissions can be made from one unit to many processes. (Multi -stage discharge)
・ Combined with the atmosphere and flammable gas, it can be discharged in the pressure line.
・ Adjust the emissions to 1/200 of the maximum flow rate.
・ Small and lightweight and simple structure. Easy to replace the powder. Excellent durability.
■ About MFE series
Due to the sealed structure, the powdered grains provided are cut off from the atmosphere. It also has a dustproof structure. However, it is not a pressure -bearing structure.
