About This Product

The "sulfuric acid donor" is diluted 2 to 95 % of 98 % sulfuric acid with a maximum continuous production of 1 mm/min. It is possible to automatically produce dilute sulfuric acid safely with inline.

■ Characteristics

・ Reduce transport costs for raw materials. ・ No expensive dilution tank is required, and the installation space can be greatly reduced. ・ It is safe because it is diluted by inline mixer. ・ Stable continuous high -precision dilution is possible by feedback control from the electromagnetic flow meter. ・ Maintenance can be easily performed because there are no movable portions in addition to the pump. ・ By splitting the flow control unit and the mixed cooling portion, it is possible to make a equipment according to the installation layout. ・ You can easily operate it simply by setting the target concentration and total production.
