About This Product
■ Improvement of strength for abnormal driving
The adoption of non -contact structure and self -lazed structure has significantly improved empty driving and air -wrapped stress.
■ Non -contact structure
Unlike the conventional magnet pump, the structure is not contacted by the bearing and the rear thrust even during empty driving or air -wrapping driving.
■ Self -lazed structure
By forcibly circulating the spindle and the liquid around the bearing from the thermal scattering hole provided in the fixed portion of the impeller and magnet can, the sliding heat generated during abnormal operation is efficiently diffused, dissipated, and cooled. Prevents the thermal deformation and melting of resin.
■ Excellent corrosion resistance
We use excellent corrosion -resistant materials such as carbon fiber enhancement ETFE (CFRETFE), fine ceramics, and carbon. It is also possible to select an impeller size motor output according to the handling solution.
■ Improvement of safety
・ Rearcacing is a unique shape that does not concentrate the stress, improving the mechanical intensity of the pump -bearing pressure and the spindle support department.
・ The high temperature specification uses a double structure with a FRP rear casing cover. In addition to improving pump -bearing pressure, it is designed to pursue safety so that the rearcacing is damaged, so that it does not cause instantula leakage.
■ Robust structure
The pump exterior is covered with high -strength ductile cast iron, so it can be fully supported to the heavy duty specification of the chemical process.
