About This Product
■ High pressure / long life
The high -pressure discharge of MAX.0.45MPa has been enabled by adopting a thick bellows. Moreover, the bellows life is 3 to 4 times longer than the diaphragm type. You can significantly reduce downtime.
■ Medium temperature type and high temperature type
The FW series of high-voltage and medium-temperature (10 to 100 ° C) specifications is for the supply of chemicals, but for the circulation of cleaning devices and CMP slurry solutions, the FW-H series of high-voltage and high temperature (10 to 180 ° C) specifications is a cleaning device. It can be used as a circular pump.
■ Contamifry
All fluorine resin is adopted for the bond part. The pump outer periphery is also designed without metal exposure, with fluorine resin coating. There are few particle generations and commercially available joints can be used.
■ Safety design
Uses a sensor -driven system that switches the electromagnetic valve with a proximity switch with a built -in pump. In addition, the leak sensor is standard equipment.
