About This Product
■ High -speed stroke
High-speed stroke (Max.200SPM: FS-80 NT type) achieves small, lightweight and low cost.
■ Contamifre design
All fluorine resin is adopted for the bond part. The pump outer periphery is also designed without metal exposure, with fluorine resin coating. In addition, the adoption of the shaft seal (FS-80NT type… PAT.) Developed independently of our company has reduced the number of particles.
■ Large flow/high -pressure discharge
Since the supply air pressure is possible up to Max.0.7MPa, it can be used widely from the drug service that requires high pressure and large amounts of discharge, as well as cleaning and CMP processes.
■ Sensor drive system
A sensor drive system that switches the electromagnetic valve with a proximity switch built into the pump is adopted. Because it works reliably, it is easy to control and manage the discharge amount by connecting to various controllers.
