About This Product
■ Non -contact system
All models have empty operation compatible structures. Even during empty operation, the structure is not contacted by the magnet can and the rear thrust, so that the melting of the resin by fever can be avoided. Compared to conventional resin magnet pumps, the durability for empty operation has been greatly improved.
(Note) Only CF type (bearing material: high -density carbon) can be used to operate.
■ Standardized CFRETFE and PFA type
Carbon fiber enhancement CFRETFE and PFA are used for resin material. In particular, the PFA type uses a natural material with a grade of NEW PFA or higher, so it is ideal for high -purity drugs and ultra -pure water for semiconductor with less contamination and elutment.
■ Excellent durable structure
The outer periphery of the pump body is covered with ductile cast iron. The most stressed rear casing was reinforced with a fiber -enhanced plastic rear casing cover, ensuring sufficient strength and expulsion of a fluid -current loss due to the rotating magnetic field. In addition, even if the driven magnet and rear casing come into contact, sparks do not occur, and safety is high.
■ ISO standard support
The compound dimensions of the type with a common base conform to the ISO standard. In addition, there is also a base -free type.
