About This Product
■ Robust structure
The outer periphery of resin parts such as pumpcacing is covered with ductile cast iron. The most stressed rear casing has been reinforced with a fiber reinforced plastic rear casing cover to ensure sufficient strength. The pump -bearing pressure limit is max. 1.0 mpa, and polypropylene pumps are top -class strength.
■ Strong for abnormal driving
All models abnormal operation structure (non -contact system) is adopted. In the unlikely event of an emergency operation, such as air -wrapped operation, it demonstrates excellent strength.
* Empty operation is strictly prohibited because it may cause pump damage.
■ Uses a back pullout method
A back pullout method that allows internal inspection / parts to be replaced with the piping is adopted, and it is a safety -oriented design that can easily perform maintenance and inspection (only a base type).
■ Costs, unit design
The pump portion can be easily maintained with a unit structure. No special technology is required, such as the core adjustment of the axis and the adjustment of the clearance. Consumables are a saving cost design that can be replaced by single item.
