About This Product
■ Excellent corrosion resistance
We use many high -grade materials, including CFRETFE (carbon fiber enhancement ETFE) for major materials.
■ Self -lazed structure
By forcibly circulating the spindle and the liquid around the bearing from the thermal spreading hole provided in the fixing portion of the impeller and magnet can, the sliding heat generated during abnormal operations is efficiently diffused, dissipated, and cooled. Prevents the thermal deformation and melting of resin. (Excluding MX-F100 type)
■ 2 -split volleytage casing
・ For the first time in a resin magnet pump, a two -split pumpcacing with frontcacing and rear casing is adopted.
・ By forming an ideal voluminous whirlpool, the liquid coming out of the impeller can be guided efficiently to the discharge. (Excluding MX-F400 type)
■ Non -contact structure
・ By devising the arrangement of the driven magnet and the drive magnet, the movement of the magnet can is controlled by magnetic force, and even during empty operation, the structure is not contacted by the rear thrust and the rear of the bearing.
・ Prevention of fever and securing lubricating routes are to be secured. (Excluding MX-F100 type)
■ Loose flange structure
The newly lined loose flange type can be easily positioned at the time of piping, and the workability is improved. (Excluding MX-F100 type)
