About This Product
■ Excellent corrosion resistance
Fluorine resin and fine ceramics are used for major materials in the liquid portion. Most chemical solutions can be handled, including strong acids and strong alkali.
■ Excellent durability
The outer periphery of the pump is covered with ductile cast iron (FCD450). The rear casing has a peculiar shape that does not concentrate the stress and a double structure that reinforces it with a FRP cover to ensure sufficient pressure. In addition, spindle, which has repeated stress of rotating vibration, is used for the magnet canned fluorine that is inserted with special metal. It is a structure that can withstand long -term continuous operation even under harsh conditions.
■ compliant with ISO standards
Basic performance and dimensions are compliant with international standards (ISO2858, 3661, 5199). It is compatible with a general -purpose centrifugal pump.
(Note) However, excluding the MDE125-250 type.
■ Back pullout structure
A back pullout structure that allows internal inspections and parts replacement without removing the piping is adopted. Moreover, it has a simple structure composed of unit parts, so maintenance and inspection can be easily performed.
