About This Product
■ Transfer and circulation of corrosion drugs
It is a model suitable for handling strong acids, strong alkaline, and highly corrosive drug solution. There are three types of pump adhesive material: PP (P type), GFRPP (G type), CFPVDF (V type), and seven types of diaphram materials are standardized. You can select the optimal model according to the application from each combination.
■ Significant reduction of air consumption
By changing the structural air room, air consumption has been significantly reduced compared to conventional models. You can reduce air consumption by up to 50%during high -discharge pressure operation.
* Data comparison is compared to the maximum discharge, depending on the model, the liquid to be transferred, and the piping.
■ Max. 0.7MPa high -pressure discharge
High pressure discharge of max.0.7MPa is possible. The discharge pressure is proportional to the supply air pressure, so it can be easily controlled by adjusting the air regulator.
■ Improvement of operation stability
The air switching method is spool type (05, 10, 15, 20, 25), mechanical type (50, 80), electrical type. The small model (05, 15, 25) adopts a unique looped C spool®, greatly improving the operation stability.
■ No explosion prevention measures are required
There is no need for special explosion -proof measures because it is driven by compressed air. In addition, since there is no fever due to overload, it can be used in the explosion -proof area.
■ Completely self -absorbed
There is no need to bare water in a completely self -sucking style. You can also transfer empty operation and air mixed fluid.
