About This Product
■ For transportation / pressure shipping of slurry and high viscosity
It is a model suitable for slurry solution, highly viscosity, solvent, etc. There are two types of pump itself: stainless steel (S type) and aluminum alloy (type A), and four types of diachalam materials are standardized. It is widely used as a pump for drainage, transportation and pressure.
■ Significant reduction of air consumption
By changing the structural air room, air consumption has been significantly reduced compared to conventional models. You can reduce air consumption by up to 50%during high -discharge pressure operation.
* Data comparison is compared to the maximum discharge, depending on the model, the liquid to be transferred, and the piping.
■ Max. 0.85MPa high -pressure discharge
High -pressure discharge of max.0.85MPa is possible (some model). The discharge pressure is proportional to the supply air pressure, so it can be easily controlled by adjusting the air regulator.
■ Improvement of operation stability
The air switching method is spool type (05, 10, 15, 25 type), mechanical type (50, 80), electrical type. The small model (05, 15, 25) adopts a unique looped C spool®, greatly improving the operation stability.
■ No explosion prevention measures are required
There is no need for special explosion -proof measures because it is driven by compressed air. In addition, since there is no fever due to overload, it can be used in the explosion -proof area.
■ Completely self -absorbed
There is no need to bare water in a completely self -sucking style. You can also transfer empty operation and air mixed fluid. It can be used in either case, sucking, dubbing, and pushing in.
