About This Product
■ High output, high accuracy, high control
Adopts a high -efficiency and high control brushless motor. From a small flow rate (7.5ml/h) to the 45L/h, which is the largest (according to our company) in the same class. The discharge accuracy is within ± 1%.
Note: Excluding some small flow range of R.S. B007/B015.
■ Excellent corrosion resistance
The adopted pvdf with excellent corrosion resistance is adopted as standard. 100%fluororesin diaphragms also support liquid transfer, which is easy to transmit gas.
■ Gas lockless (patent application)
With a high compression ratio caused by full stroke driving and the design of the valve part that is easy to discharge gas, we followed the gas lockless, the feature of the IX series.
Note: B007 is a maximum pressure of 1.0MPa or less.
■ Various connections
You can select a tube, piping screw, flange, and union connection according to the application.
Note: It supports George Fisher Union Jetfather.
■ Highly flexible installation (patent application)
You can change the operation panel arbitrarily. In addition, it is possible to install walls by changing the base mounting position. (IX-B-S6 cannot be installed on the wall)
■ LED bar
Equipped with a large LED bar with high visibility. You can check the driving status even in the dark or remote place.
■ Safety design
In consideration of the safety of the site and the environmental pollution caused by the leakage of chemicals, the diaphragm damage inspection is standard equipment. In addition, when the discharge pressure is abnormal, the discharge pressure abnormal detection function works to secure pumps and pipes. In addition, a valve mistake is adopted (patent application), and detailed safety is also taken into account, such as the drain mouth when a diaphragm is damaged.
Note: Sudden pressure increases caused by deadline may not be detected. Please install a safety valve separately.
