About This Product
■ High -speed stroke
The faster pump stroke (max.240SPM *) has achieved a small, lightweight and low cost.

■ Contamifre design
All fluorine resin is adopted for the bond part. The pump outer periphery is also designed without metal exposure, with fluorine resin coating. In addition, the adoption of the shaft seal (PAT.) Developed by our company has reduced the number of particles even less.
■ Wide liquid temperature range / high -pressure discharge
The liquid temperature range of the handling is 5 to 180 ° C, and the discharge pressure is up to Max.0.45MPa. It can be used not only for cleaning and CMP processes, but also for drug service.
■ Easy operation
A sensor -driven system that switches the electromagnetic valve with a proximity switch built into the pump is adopted. In addition, the leak sensor is standard equipment. By connecting to a dedicated controller, the discharge amount can be easily controlled and managed.
