■ Characteristics
・ Stainless steel stirrer specialized for uniform mixture of liquid and powder.
・ Effective for floating floating on the liquid surface and powder that becomes lumpy.
■ Reasons for not becoming lumpy
・ When the powder is drawn into the piping from the hopper, the lump is naturally broken to prevent the formation of lumps.
・ The powder moves to the tank while mixing with the liquid inside the piping.
■ Reasons not floating on the liquid surface
The piping that passes the powder and the liquid is set at a lower position than the liquid surface, preventing the powder from floating on the liquid surface.
■ Dissolve the number of viscosers
-The general equipment (tank+stirrer) and this product (mixing unit) compared the dissolve of the adverse (CMC) in water.
・ All of them were stirred for about 10 minutes, and there were many lumps that only the surface were gelled with the dried powder inside the tank+stirrer.
・ On the other hand, the mixing unit has a detailed gel -like lump on the bottom, but does not stand out in the tank.
