About This Product

■ Wide control range

The control ratio of 1: 750 has been realized by changing the discharge / suction speed by the control motor. Cover a wide area with 0.0033 ~ 5.0L/min that the discharge range.

■ High -precision quantity injection

A combination of a high -efficiency valve design and a combination of dismissal / suction speed control by control motors has achieved a quantity accuracy of ± 1%.

■ Energy saving / ECO operation

With the adoption of high -efficiency Heiric gear and assist springs, we have realized about 70%of power consumption in the same performance for the company's general -purpose motor pump (Springback Organization).

■ Uniform / low impact injection

Since the inhalation time is constant and the driving speed is controlled by the discharge time, uniform drug solution can be injected even when the discharge is low. Furthermore, the impact (inertial force) decreases, and the load on the discharge side piping is reduced.

■ High -compression / high -efficiency pump portion

The pump is always operated by the full stroke length and maintains a high compression ratio. As a result, it has excellent self -absorption performance and does not lock gas.

■ World -handed

Free power (AC100 to 240V) support power supply around the world.

■ IP65

By providing a seal structure for each drive and controller, it has a waterproof and dustproof structure.

■ Safety design

The design is designed to take into account the safety aspect, such as standard equipment, abnormal load detection function, and mistakes in preventing valves.

■ Automatic control function

Analog operation (injecting liquid amount proportional to external signal 4 to 20 mA, etc.), pulse operation (injecting a liquid amount proportional to the pulse cycle output from the flow meter, etc.), the interbal batch operation (set at the set time cycle.
