About This Product
The nitrogen gas generator is a device that generates (separates) nitrogen from the surrounding atmosphere without a need to need a cylinder. You can generate only the required amount when necessary.
Nitrogen gas is a colorless, tasteless, odorless, non -combustible gas, accounting for about 78 % of the air, and for stable scientific stabilization, for seal purging and quality retention for improving safety. It is widely used in the food industry, semiconductor, petrochemical, and research institutions, such as anti -oxidation and discoloration.

■ PSA method
Adopts a PSA method that extracts high -purity nitrogen
■ Efficiency of energy saving mode is further improved
In addition to conventional adsorption time control, it is equipped with a new energy -saving mode that has added a PSA unit operating volume control. The follow -up to nitrogen usage has been greatly improved, and it has become more reliable.
■ Reduce the required pressure to 0.7MPa
・ Success to reduce the pressure of raw air air while maintaining the conventional performance by the small module of the PSA unit. You can drive with a general compressor.
・ When 0.83MPa is supplied, the amount of nitrogen is increased by about 20 %. The discharge pressure can also be raised to 0.7MPa average
■ Significantly improved quietness
By performing exhaust (purge) for each PSA unit, succeeded in reducing the noise level even for models with a large amount of generated.
■ Space -saving design with low height
Achieves a space -saving design that reduces the height of the device up to about 30 %
■ Easy operation with color touch panel
Various information such as operating status such as nitrogen gas pressure and nitrogen gas purity at the exit, trouble occurring, and warnings for regular maintenance is displayed in color touch panels
