Since the base unit controls the slave unit comprehensively, when considering doubling the N2 generated amount, you can add a slave unit at half the cost of the base unit. You can stop operating the slave unit according to the N2 gas used, reducing power costs.
･ High discharge pressure
In the conventional two -tower type PSA, the two -tower PSA alternately absorbed and adhesive, so the occurrence of N2 gas is intermittent, but this PSA has a multiple structure of 2 to 4 Tower PSA in combination with the slave unit, so it is realized by shifting the phase of the absorption and adhesion at equal intervals. I am doing it. As a result, the pressure decrease in the N2 buffer tank was reduced, and the high discharge pressure of 0.6 to 0.8 MPa was realized.

In addition to the number control operation, an energy -saving operation function due to fluctuations in the adsorption time has been added. Even the base unit operating alone can further reduce power consumption and reduce CO2.
