■ Characteristics
・ Consistent hypoxia culture protects cells from the risk of re -oxygen.
・ Equipped with two humidified multi -gas incubators, it is possible to examine conditions.
-The interior of the workstation has a downflow circulation structure, and the internal cleanliness is equivalent to 100.
・ The workspace is managed in addition to gas control, and the stage warmer is standard equipment.
・ Because it is the same size as a clean bench (W1.200mm), the installation location is not selected.
・ Other devices are mounted on a dedicated chamber, and the experimental system can be expanded.
■ Problems with low oxygen culture
The challenge of hypoxic culture is to reduce unnecessary O₂ concentration changes. In the experimental process, medium replacement and succession work are required, and the work is performed outside the incubator. Inevitably, cells were exposed to the atmosphere and the O₂ concentration changed dramatically. By using a creative biotation, experiments that reduce unnecessary O2 changes are possible.
■ An airtight workspace
The workspace for cell control is performed with temperature, CO2, and O₂ control, with the same clean bench. This enables highly reproducible experiments because the cells do not expose cells to the risk of re -oxygen during cell evaluation and succession. The left and right slides on the front arm are possible, reducing the work burden of the user and improving operability.
■ Built -in multi -gas Incubator
The two independent multi -gas incubators are installed inside the Works Pace. It is humidified and can prevent the evaporation of the medium. Long -term culture with low oxygen is possible.
■ Storage space
Two slide shelves are installed inside the workspace. Working space is organized and operated. It can be used to store Pipettoman and other consumables as a balance of the medium. Consumables, etc. can be put in and out of the main unit side door.
■ Compact design that does not select the installation location
The size is comparable to the normal bi -clean bench. The CBS has an incubator in the bi -clean bench, so it can be installed in a limited space in the laboratory.
