About This Product
The tissue and cells in the living body are constantly under mechanical stress (mechanical stimulation).
On the other hand, there is no such stimulus in a normal static culture system (IN Vitro), which is different from in vitro's culture cells in many respects.
Mechanical stimuli by gas pressure load is important to cultivate vascular endothelial cells, heart endothelial cells, kidney cells, retinal nerve cells, etc. in the same environment as the living body.
This device is ideal for research on mechanical stress sensation, intracellular signals, protein expression, and regenerative medicine.
