About This Product
Because it can automatically change the medium, it is ideal for applications that require frequent medium replacement, such as tests using iPS cells.
As standard, four exchange intervals of 12, 24, 48 and 72 hours are preset. You can select it simply by pressing the controller button, and you can automatically replace the medium at the set interval. (Preset time intervals can be customized at any time interval as options)
･ Continuous use in the incubator
In the case of dry battery specifications, only the battery can be driven for up to 7 days, and it can be put into the incubator as it is.
･ Compatible with 6 well plates
Since the general -purpose 6 -well plate can be used as it is, the culture environment changes less after the introduction, and the running cost can be reduced.
･ Observe as it is with a microscope
The 6 -well plate part can be observed with an inverted microscope while stored in the system, minimizing the environmental change to cells.
･ Disposable
All parts that the medium touch can be replaced. (Disposable piping department, medium bottle)
The growth of colony was confirmed in human -derived iPS cells.

Cell: Human IPS cell stock 253G1 (P25)
Feder cells: SNL76/7 (P5, MMC processed)
･ Land: DMEM-F12 (including KSR, NEAA, PSG, 2-Me, BFGF)
･ Start the cultivation exchange with this device from the next day (after life), and confirm the growth of colony for 4 days.
