About This Product
■ Realize large size modeling
Creator4S is very large with a molding size of 400 x 350 x 500mm, making it possible to make a large model. With the conventional 3D printer, a division was required to shape a large model, but Creator4s can be shaped in integrated state without splitting.
■ Independent dual extruder
We adopt an independent and direct dual extruder. Equipped with an extruder that operates independently on the left and right, various modeling is possible.
■ Adopt 3 types of extruders
There are three types of Extruders, and you can use them properly according to the application. (The main unit is equipped with "EXTRUDER-HS (left and right)", and "EXTRUDER-HT (left and right)" is included. "Extruder-F" will be purchased separately.)
■ Compatible from carbon fiber to some superchangers
Creator4s supports about 20 types of filament. In addition, since it is equipped with a nozzle that can be heated up to 360 ° C (when using Extruder-HS), stable modeling can be made for materials such as carbon fiber, nylon, and some super empares that are difficult to shape. 。 (The maximum nozzle temperature of EXTRUDER-HT is 320 ° C)
■ Inside temperature adjustment that suppresses warpage
In order to keep the temperature inside the warehouse, a heat chamber can be mounted to up to 65 ° C. As a result, printing can be proceeded while maintaining a certain temperature during the modeling, so that a large -contracted material such as ABS has been reduced and a stable modeling has been achieved.
■ Auto -leveling function
The 16 mesh bed leveling corresponds the horizontal platform. As a result, the work efficiency has been higher than the 3D printer that uses manual leveling.
■ Flexible magnetic platform
The adoption of a flexible magnetic platform can easily remove the shape. Furthermore, using a dedicated build sheet has made it easier for the modeling to be established.
