By utilizing special materials that cannot be handled by general FFF method 3D printers, the strength of the modeling can be dramatically improved. It is possible to select materials such as carbon fiber, fiberglass, and kebler according to specific applications.
For example, a molded object using high heat -resistant fiberglass material can be used as a molding molding mold.

Mark Two ™ can be installed without any problems even in a limited space with a compact design of 584mm x 330mm x 355mm. Therefore, it is possible to easily place this product even in places where space is limited, such as small offices, laboratorys, and classrooms.
■ Major modeling materials provided by Mark Two ™
・ Onyx ™: This material, which contains microcarbon fibers on a nylon base, combines strength, robustness and heat resistance. Ideal for various projects that emphasize durability.
・ Carbon fiber: The strength and thermal conductivity of the weight are very high, and the strength is 6 times and the hardness is 18 times compared to the modeled object manufactured only with Onyx ™ materials. It is widely used for high -performance products such as aircraft and cars.
HSHT Fiberglass: HSHT (HIGH STRENGTH High Temperature) Fiberglass has a high strength and heat resistance, as its name suggests. In particular, the ability of this material, which maintains performance even in high -temperature environments, is an important feature for satisfying the demands for engineering and industrial applications.
■ Software
The "EIGER" slicer software optimized for Markforged 3D printers can slice various composite materials, although it is easy to operate. In addition, it has a function to centrally manage all processes from design to molding.
