■Inline flow measurement
AWM5000 Series Microbridge Mass Air Flow Sensors have a Venturi style flow housing. They measure flow rates up to 20 liters per minute (typical) (SLPM) by producing a maximum pressure drop of 2.25ft H2O. The Microbridge tip is in direct contact with the flow stream, greatly reducing the potential for errors due to clogging of the orifice or bypass channel.
■Sturdy and versatile packaging
The rugged plastic package is designed to withstand common mode pressures up to 50 psi, and the small sensing element provides 100 g shock resistance without compromising performance. The included "AMP" compatible connector provides a reliable connection in demanding applications.
■Onboard signal processing
Each AWM5000 sensor contains circuitry to perform amplification, linearization, temperature compensation, and gas calibration. Linear output from 1 to 5 Vdc is possible for all list (5, 10, 15, 20 SLPM) or calibration gases (nitrogen, carbon dioxide, nitrous oxide, or argon) regardless of flow range. All calibrations are performed by active laser.

AWM Series Microbridge Mass Air Flow Sensors are not intended for liquid flow sensing and may be damaged if liquid passes through the sensor.
